By using EternaVaultX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. User Accounts

• Users must provide accurate information during registration.
• Users are responsible for maintaining account security.
• Accounts engaging in prohibited activities may be suspended or terminated.

3. Service Modifications

If we discontinue any part of the service, users will be notified via email and respective contact information.

4. Payments and Billing

• Payments for premium plans are processed securely.
• Subscriptions may be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued unless stated otherwise.

5. Data Storage and Security

• Files stored with time locks will be sent to the owner upon expiration instead of being deleted.
• Inactive accounts with no active plans and no scheduled files will be deleted after 6 months.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

Users must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy [ AUP ] and refrain from illegal activities.

7. Limitation of Liability

EternaVaultX is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from service usage.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms, and continued use of our service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
