• Any claim against EternaVaultX must be filed within one (1) year after the cause of action arises
• Failure to file within this period constitutes a waiver of the claim
• This limitation applies regardless of any other statute of limitations

3. User Responsibilities and Risks

Data Backup Responsibility

• Users are solely responsible for maintaining independent backups of all data
• EternaVaultX is not a backup service and should not be treated as the only copy of important data
• Users assume all risk of data loss or corruption
• We recommend multiple backup strategies for critical information

Assumption of Risk

• Users voluntarily assume all risks associated with using our services
• This includes risks related to internet connectivity, device compatibility, and technology failures
• Users are responsible for evaluating the suitability of our services for their needs
• Security risks inherent in internet-based services are assumed by users

Legal Compliance
