Intellectual Property (IP) Agreement

1. Ownership of Platform and Services

• EternaVaultX and its associated trademarks, logos, and software are the exclusive property of EternaVaultX.
• Users do not acquire any rights to the platform’s intellectual property by using the service.

2. User-Generated Content

• Users retain ownership of files and data they upload.
• By using EternaVaultX, users grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process their content as necessary to provide the service.
• EternaVaultX does not claim ownership of user-uploaded content.

3. Restrictions on Use

• Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the platform without prior written consent.
• Unauthorized use of EternaVaultX’s intellectual property may result in legal action.

4. Third-Party Content

• Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and store any third-party content.
• EternaVaultX is not responsible for any copyright violations committed by users.

5. Enforcement and Violations

• Any infringement of EternaVaultX’s intellectual property rights may result in legal action.
• Users found in violation may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

6. Changes to This Agreement

EternaVaultX may update this agreement, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
