1. EternaVaultX Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership

• The EternaVaultX platform, including all software, technology, algorithms, and source code, is the exclusive property of EternaVaultX
• All content, features, functionality, design elements, graphics, logos, and user interface are owned by EternaVaultX
• Our proprietary time-lock technology and encryption methods are protected intellectual property
• Database structures, data organization methods, and system architecture are proprietary to EternaVaultX

Trademarks and Branding

• EternaVaultX name, logo, and associated trademarks are protected intellectual property
• All service marks, trade names, and branding elements are owned by EternaVaultX
• Domain names and related web properties are owned by EternaVaultX
• Marketing materials, documentation, and promotional content are protected by copyright

Third-Party Technology

• We respect and comply with all third-party intellectual property rights
• Licensed technologies are used in accordance with their respective terms
• Open-source components are used and attributed according to their licenses

2. User Content and Data Rights

User Ownership

• Users retain full ownership of all files, documents, and data they upload to EternaVaultX
• We do not claim any ownership rights to user-generated content
• Users maintain all intellectual property rights in their original content

Limited License to EternaVaultX

By using our service, users grant EternaVaultX a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Store, encrypt, and process user content as necessary to provide time-lock services
• Backup and replicate content for data security and service reliability
• Deliver content to users according to their specified time-lock schedules
• Perform technical operations required for service functionality

Content Restrictions

• Users may not upload content that infringes on third-party intellectual property rights
• Copyrighted material may only be uploaded by the copyright owner or with proper authorization
• Users must have legal rights to all content they store on our platform
• Violation of these restrictions may result in content removal and account termination

3. Prohibited Uses and Restrictions

4. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Compliance

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, please provide our DMCA Agent with the following information:

Indemnification

• Users agree to indemnify EternaVaultX against claims arising from their content
• Users are responsible for defending against intellectual property claims
• EternaVaultX will not be liable for user content-related legal issues
• Users must promptly notify us of any potential IP disputes

Compliance Obligations

• Users must comply with all applicable intellectual property laws
• Regular review of content for compliance is user's responsibility
• Immediate removal of infringing content upon notice
• Cooperation with legitimate IP enforcement efforts

6. Enforcement and Remedies

Violation Consequences

• Account suspension or termination for IP violations
• Immediate removal of infringing content
• Legal action for serious or repeated violations
• Monetary damages and injunctive relief as appropriate

Legal Remedies

7. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas provided to EternaVaultX regarding our services become our property. By providing feedback, you:

• Waive any claims to compensation for implemented ideas
